The transformation program consists of 30 minutes of small group strength training. Sessions are designed for 2 women working with 1 trainer to engage in circuit training or alternating sets. The format is based on numerous, highly effective forms of exercises including, body weight, dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, suspension training, kettle bells, TRX, & more.
A typical group training session will burn up to 500 calories in a matter of 30 minutes. Typically after a metabolic resistance training session the body will take up to 38 hours to return to a normal state. During this process your metabolism will be jacked up & firing like crazy, making your body burn fat like never before! You can achieve the body you’ve been dreaming and searching for in minimum of 2-3 workouts per week.
